How to Schedule a Mediation
The two quickest and easiest ways to schedule a mediation session are through the contact form below or by sending the information requested in the contact form via email to [email protected]
The request for a mediation session will be reviewed and responded to the same day or the next business day if received after business hours.
Both attorneys or unrepresented parties will receive an email regarding the availability of the requested date(s). Once an available date is agreed to, a mediation agreement will be sent via email which confirms the mediation date and start time and provides details regarding the deadline for submissions and online payment of the Fee Deposit.
How to Pay Your Fee Deposit for Mediation
After you receive confirmation that your agreed date is available, the parties will need to pay a Fee Deposit prior to your mediation date in order for the mediation to go forward. Unless otherwise arranged in advance, we will assume that the Fee Deposit is shared equally by the parties. Both attorneys or unrepresented parties receive a link to pay half of the Fee Deposit via email or the parties can use this Fee Deposit Payment link to pay.
How to Pay the Remainder of the Fees After the Mediation
If the time spent at mediation exceeds the time covered by the Fee Deposit, both attorneys or unrepresented parties will receive notification of the outstanding balance and a payment link to pay the remaining amount due. Unless otherwise agreed, we will assume the outstanding balance is shared equally by the parties.
