Secure Portal

We take confidentiality and the handling of sensitive data and documents very seriously. We require all attorneys and unrepresented parties submit their mediation and arbitration materials to us via our Secure Portal. We will not accept any submissions via email.

Once both sides have a confirmed mediation or arbitration date, they will be invited via email to our Secure Portal. Each side will have their own Secure Portal and will not have access to the other side's Secure Portal.

If there are staff who also need access to the Secure Portal, please email your request to [email protected] and we will provide your staff with access.

After the Secure Portal is accessed for the first time, it may be accessed at anytime via this Secure Portal link to submit materials.
